It's your chance to own a bit of TV history, as an iconic locale from your screens is still up for sale. Whether you want to own the McCallister house from Home Alone, the legendary 'Murder House' from American Horror Story, or Uncle Phil's mansion from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, all of these have previously gone up for sale for a princely sum.
Now, another piece of pop culture history is going under the hammer, and better yet, it's just had its price slashed.
The Golden Age of Television has churned out greats ranging from The Sopranos to The Wire, Succession to True Detective. Even Game of Thrones was a beloved TV series when it started, but let's be honest, few hold a candle to Breaking Bad.
Vince Gilligan's neo-Western crime drama kept us entertained for 62 episodes and five years before spinning off into the equally lauded Better Call Saul. While you might remember locations like the Octopus Car Wash, Los Pollos Hermanos, and Saul Goodman’s office, a lot of the action focused on Walter White's House at 308 Negra Arroyo Lane.

The White residence was filmed in real life at 3828 Piermont Drive, Albuquerque, and if you've got the dollars, you can move in yourself.
Seemingly trying to cash in on the location's prestigious history, 3828 Piermont Drive was originally on the market for $4 million dollars. Just a year later, Realtor.com shows it's had its price slashed to $400,000.
Boasting four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this 1,910 sqft property sits on a 7,405 sqft lot, with the listing stating: "Whether you are an avid Breaking Bad fan, or a local family looking for your next home this well located home will not disappoint. 3828 Piermont offers a comfortable and inviting setting in an established neighborhood, combining everyday livability with convenient access to nearby amenities."
The listing goes on to promote the house's "practical layout and a welcoming feel," reminding potential owners that they can enjoy a view at the top of the Sandias from your backyard pool. Being close to local shops and dining, there are also major routes nearby, meaning "this home provides an excellent balance of privacy, convenience, and long-term potential."
Before you pack your bags and move to the New Mexico desert, you might want to remember the house's colorful past – and we don't mean Walt storing stashes of stolen money here.
In January 2025, the owners explained why they were putting the house on the market, telling KOB4 why they were 'done'. Referring to the masses of fans turning up at their door, people throwing pizza onto the roof to echo that iconic scene, and even a potential security threat, Joanne Quintana added: "This was our family home from 1973, almost 52 years. So we’re going to walk away with just our memories. It’s time to move on. We’re done. There’s no reason to fight anymore."
New owners are told to prepare for 'hundreds' of cars turning up every day, while even Gilligan himself once told fans of the series: "There is nothing original or funny or cool about throwing a pizza on this lady’s roof."
For those who don't recognize the interior of 3828 Piermont from their screens, that's because the show only filmed the exteriors and backyard.
Back when the house first went on the market, Quintana concluded: "I hope they make it what the fans want. They want a B&B. They want a museum. They want access to it. Go for it!”
However, with 3828 Piermont originally being listed for 10 times more than others in the neighborhood, its new price tag suggests that the bright lights of showbiz weren't enough to warrant that $4 million.
