Only a month after launching its latest iPhone line-up, Apple followed up with another wave of product releases.
While the iPhone 17 range continues to dominate headlines, the Silicon Valley tech giant also unveiled updated versions of the iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, and Vision Pro.
Alongside the hardware releases, Apple launched iOS 26 with a host of new features.
However, the update wasn't universally praised as some users criticised the refreshed user interface and redesigned icons, with many desperate to figure out how to disable the most controversial changes.

That said, iPhone users did find plenty to get excited about, including improved incident reporting on Apple Maps that puts it on more equal footing with competitors like Google Maps and Waze. This was alongside addressing several important bugs and issues to keep the user experience running smoothly.
But there's one long-awaited iPhone feature that e seems to be landing well with users.

The new addition is perfect for people who are frequently on the move or don't own a laptop. Better yet, it appears simple to use, with Apple providing helpful guidance to get started.
“The Preview app is now available on iPhone, so you can easily view, edit, and share PDF documents and images,” Apple officially announced. “Scan documents from within Preview, use Autofill in Preview to quickly fill out forms, and export PDFs and images as different file types or sizes.”
For years, iMac and MacBook users have enjoyed the convenience of the Preview app for handling documents and images but now the feature will be widely available to those handling tasks on the move.

In just a few easy steps, documents can be exported by saving it to your Files app, renaming it and sharing it. The beauty of Preview is that you don't need to wait for a bulky image editor or other heavy software to launch just to check the contents of a file.
Similarly, scanning is a simple tool that can be done with the iPhone camera capturing documents and automatically adjusting for perspective and lighting.
Preview can be launched either from the home screen, the App Library (inside the Productivity & Finance group), or by searching for it on the home screen). The feature will also automatically open when you tap on a compatible file in other apps, including the Files app.
