MrBeast has a social media dynasty at this point, and he has successfully ventured outside of the YouTube space with a number of side projects, yet he could be making a bold new decision that would see him ditch YouTube for something A list celebrities have also invested in.
Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson is the most subscribed-to YouTube channel by some considerable margin, earning his fame by filming outrageous challenges that push people to their limits for financial gain.
This allowed him to create and host his own official game show through Amazon Prime Video last year, with a grand prize of $10,000,000 up for grabs to the contestant who outlasted ever other.
Donaldson has also successfully launched his own chocolate brand in Feastables, lunchtime packs with Lunchly, and even his own fast food chain with MrBeast Burger, although there have been a number of controversies involving food safety and allegations of slave labor.

However, he's now set to take the next step by launching something that Ryan Reynolds and the Trump family have also invested in, and it could prove to be a major financial move in the coming years.
As reported by Dexerto, data obtained by Business Insider has revealed that Donaldson aims to launch his own phone company in the vein of Ryan Reynolds' Mint Mobile, which was sold to T-Mobile for $1,350,000,000 back in May 2024.
There isn't any clear idea of when this company would launch and what shape or form it'll take when it does, although an investor deck has suggested that it's not an 'immediate priority' for Beast Industries, the creator's self-named company.

Suggestions indicate that it would launch sometime during 2026 though, so we might not have too long to wait before we see what the record-breaking YouTuber has cooked up.
While he would definitely be competing with the existing giants of the industry like T-Mobile and Verizon, alongside new faces like the Trump family's absurdly priced Trump Mobile plan, the investor deck appears to indicate that the service would be operating as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO).

This would mean that it would be using the pre-existing infrastructure of other companies and then selling it to customers at its own rate, so don't expect it to offer something completely different to what's already available on the market.

Some have wondered quite how far reaching the appeal of a MrBeast-branded network would be, with one user on X joking: "I think that MrBeast may be wildly overestimating the percentage of his audience that pays for their own phone bills."
People have wondered whether you'll need to complete an obstacle course every time you want to answer a call, whereas others speculate that he could be giving away lifetime contracts as a reward in new videos.
