The MAGAverse could be crumbling before our eyes, with the fallout of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation already sending shockwaves through the Trump administration.
A joint review from both the FBI and the Department of Justice looked into the death of the shamed financier, who supposedly took his life while in custody back in August 2019.
Since then, there have been questions about what happened to Epstein, as well as a hunt for his infamous 'black book'.
As the FBI and DOJ conclude their investigation, critics are turning against President Donald Trump, a number of leading Republicans, and especially Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Among the many Epstein case critics is Elon Musk, who previously alleged that President Trump was named in redacted parts of the files.
Bondi previously spoke to Fox News and said, "It’s sitting on my desk right now to review," when discussing the files.

Saying, "That’s been a directive by President Trump," Bondi was then snapped handing massive binders to several high-profile MAGA influencers. The problem is, they were largely made up of documents that were already publicly available.

Bondi then claimed a 'deep state' cover-up was the reason the Epstein files were being kept back, suggesting that she'd since been given a treasure trove of new material.
As the investigation concluded, Bondi left looking more than a little red-faced, as others have called for her head.
Fox News' Peter Doocy questioned White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt about Bondi’s claims and said: "So what happened to the Epstein client list that the attorney general said she had on her desk?"
The Attorney General has previously said she had a 'truckload' of documents from the FBI, including the supposed black book that was said to link a number of Hollywood names to sex offences.

The FBI and DOJ's two-page unsigned memo said there was no evidence that Epstein was murdered, there was no evidence of a client list, and no one else would be charged in connection.
Taking to X, Laura Loomer was a loud voice in championing Bondi's resignation, accusing her of 'incompetence' and writing: "@AGPamBondi should resign for lying to the American People,” tweeted Loomer Monday afternoon."

Doubling down, Loomer said Bondi was 'always lying' and then addressed criticisms that she was snubbed from the first phase of binders: “People said I was 'jealous' I wasn’t invited to the Binder Gate scandal. Now everyone else is calling for her to resign. The only people who are jealous are the people who cannot keep up with me and my insight.”
Loomer is known for her conspiracy theories, and once again, threw one into the ring when it came to the Epstein files. Dousing the fire with more fuel, Loomer said: "Who releases a statement about the Epstein files on the Sunday night of 4th of July weekend? Someone who doesn’t want you paying attention."
Whether Bondi will become the fall guy for the Epstein files or remain in her position, don't expect her critics to quieten down anytime soon.
