A star of Love Is Blind has responded to online allegations that she lied about her age on the show.
The new series is now available to stream on Netflix where more hopefuls will take to the pods in their search for ‘the one’ without ever seeing them face-to-face.
However, one cast member of this season’s Love Is Blind has been forced to speak out on social media after some viewers have speculated that she lied about her age.
Amber Morrison has been the subject of discussion surrounding her age after the 34-year-old first appeared on the screen.
One account posted on Instagram to suggest that the truth about Morrison’s age was unclear, with the star taking to the comment section herself to clear things up.

Morrison wrote: “….we have to upload our IDs and passports to get on the show lol. If I look old that’s fine.
“I don’t sit around obsessing over my look or comparing myself to others like I did in my 20s. My mental health improved drastically after I stopped picking at my every flaw and developed more productive hobbies (gardening, painting, teaching, baking and most importantly spending time with my daughter).
“There’s so much more to life hence why I chose to go on a show based on qualities of people other than appearances.”
Many others have also come to Morrison’s defense in the comment section, with one user writing: “You’re beautiful inside & out. Don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.”
Another said: “Age isn’t something you should be ashamed of!”
And a third person added: “You are gorgeous. Anyone who comments on your appearance is unhappy with themselves.”
In other news, another contestant of the season was forced to leave after a medical emergency left her fearing for her sight.

ICU nurse Elissa Finley found herself in her own emergency after using what she thought were eye drops.
Speaking to Tudum, she said: “I was midway through one of the days when I’d gone on four dates, and there was a break.
“I went into the dressing room, and I just saw a little bottle on the table that looked like eye drops that we use in the hospital.” But they weren't eye drops at all. What she put in her eye was, in fact, nail glue.
“I put it in my eye, and I was like, ‘Holy crap. That is thick,’” she described.
During the final seconds of the first episode, Elissa was shown running into the women's lounge screaming: "Oh my god! What do I do? F***!” as her co-stars watched with shock.
Once at the hospital, doctors put her on an IV drip and began the painful process of irrigating her eye to remove the adhesive.
