Jake Paul has finally revealed the reason behind the FBI raid on his home.

The YouTuber has been in the press recently following his boxing victory against former champion Mike Tyson.

But what many don’t know is that the content creator had his house raided by the FBI back in 2020.

The SWAT team executed a search warrant at Jake’s home in Calabasas, California.

At the time, a spokesperson for the FBI’s Los Angeles field office said that the search had been part of an investigation.

Helicopter footage of the event showed authorities carrying firearms out of the house and loading them into an SUV.

No arrests were planned and Jake wasn’t home at the time of the raid.

The contents of the warrant were sealed and not much about the event has been made public knowledge.

But in a recent appearance on his brother Logan’s podcast, Impaulsive, Jake finally shed some light on the incident.

In the video clip, Logan says to Jake: “You wasted the government’s money because the FBI had to raid your house.”

Jake replies: “They wasted their own money, they wasted their own money like why would they do that?

“And then like nothing came from it, they didn't even know what they were doing there, I still don't even know what they were doing there.”

Explaining in more detail, Logan shares: “They thought he was a terrorist or some s*** and they took 60 terabytes of f***ing Jake Paul Vlog footage, so there's a team of people at the FBI…”

“Who had to watch all my Vlogs,” Jake adds, finishing Logan’s sentence.

The YouTuber went on to add: “My voice is stuck in their head forever.”

During the podcast, Jake claims that the reason behind the FBI raid was actually because ‘they thought I had bombs’.

Logan jokes that Jake has ‘got bombs in your right hand’, referring to his boxing win against Tyson.

Jake also claims that the likes of DOGE and Elon Musk will ‘fix these problems’, adding that he believes it is ‘pathetic, this is where taxpayer dollars are going’.

Jake uploaded a controversial video in the run-up to the presidential election where he threw his support behind Donald Trump.

Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) will be headed up by Musk who purports to be making huge cutbacks in government spending.

The tech mogul and billionaire has said that he will slash the federal budget and make $2 trillion in cuts to funding.
