US President Donald Trump has just revealed his decision to sign the Epstein Transparency Act which forces the release of the notorious Epstein files, commemorating the occasion with a wild rant on Truth Social.

One of the biggest stories of the year in American politics has been the ongoing battle to reveal what's hidden within the Epstein files, as what was once a campaign promise from Donald Trump and JD Vance seemingly turned into a self-preservation effort.

The Republican Party repeatedly blocked any attempts to vote for the release of the files, with Attorney General Pam Bondi even at one point claiming that they didn't exist, leaving victims of the now-deceased child sex offender's operations desperate for progress and resolution.

Now, following emails that appeared to link Trump with both Epstein and convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, the president has undergone a surprising u-turn and 'allowed' the release of the files, whilst also suppressing questions of criminality from reporters.

The Epstein Transparency Act was passed in the House of Representatives with a 427-1 vote and soon after also progressed through the Senate with similar ease, leaving now the Department of Justice to release the tens of thousands of files relevant to the former financier.

Trump, taking the vote as a success of his own despite blocking it for months, took to social media as always and shared a wild rant in a new post on Truth Social, as reported by the Independent.

He was happy to remind everyone that Epstein "was a lifelong Democrat" who donated thousands of dollars to politicians from that party, and was allegedly associated with a number of key figures like Bill Clinton, Larry Summers, and Reid Hoffman.

"Perhaps the truth about these Democrats, and their associations with Jeffrey Epstein, will soon be revealed, because I HAVE JUST SIGNED THE BILL TO RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES," Trump declared.

He added that the Biden administration "didn't turn over a single file or page" related to Epstein, and that it was under his first term as president that Epstein was charged.

Additionally, Trump claims that the Democrats have used "the 'Epstein' issue" to distract from his 'achievements' during his second term, which include the 'Great Big Beautiful Tax Cut Bill', "ending EIGHT wars," creating "the HOTTEST Country anywhere in the World," any several old absurd accolades.

"This latest Hoax will backfire on the Democrats just as all of the rest have," the president added, after pointing out that he's had to endure 'Russia', 'Ukraine', two 'Impeachment Hoaxes', and "many other Democrat created Witch Hunts and Scams."
