TikToker finally arrested after year-long manhunt for crashing $300,000 car

The long arm of the law has finally grabbed him

Another member of the TikTok community is learning that your internet notoriety will always catch up with you, and a year after he was involved in a $300,000 crash while driving a McLaren supercar, he's finally been apprehended.

We don't need to remind you about the numerous streamers and content creators who've been causing controversy, with this largely male community being arrested for leaving a can of Diet Coke on the outlawed North Sentinel Island, getting 'stranded' in Antarctica amid accusations of landing there 'illegally', and Johnny Somali causing havoc in South Korea.

The most infamous is Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, who is apparently worried he'll die in a Filipino jail after his latest rampage of internet 'pranks'.

After failing to appear in court, TikTok star Harrison "HSTikkyTokky" Sullivan has been arrested. The 24-year-old influencer was sought by Surrey Police after allegedly crashing a vehicle in March 2024.

HSTikkyTokky continued to mock the police's manhunt, posting videos of himself in Dubai and Doha while telling authorities he was actually in the UK.

With palm trees in the background, Sullivan also joked about having never driven a car despite previously posting proof of him behind the wheel of the purple McLaren.

In the aftermath of YouTube star Jack Doherty crashing his $200,000 McLaren, some are starting to question what it is about the luxury car brand and these young male creators.

HSTikkyTokky then confirmed he wasn't actually in the UK, posting a foul-mouthed rant that seemingly took aim at the police trying to track him down. In a fuelled video, the creator said: "Why are the borders open for anyone to come in and ruin the UK? To ruin what it's really about? The police, serve the country properly.

“Go after people who deserve to be f**king put in prison for the rest of their life. People that are ruining society. Not me. What the f**k?"

At the time, the police appealed for the public's help in locating Harrison.

HSTikkyTokky originally made a name for himself with fitness content before transitioning into boxing. He's largely known for his boxing matches with the Misfits company that pits creators against each other.

In December 2024, Sullivan was supposed to take part in a charity boxing match in Qatar, but pulled out after last-minute claims he injured himself while having sex with his girlfriend.

While authorities continued to hunt HSTikkyTokky on what feels like some sort of race around the world, he evaded capture.

In a statement from Surrey Police, they confirmed HSTikyTokky has since been caught: "A 24-year-old man from Hutton, Essex, was arrested on Friday for failing to appear at court for dangerous driving.

"He appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court on Saturday and has been remanded ahead of a further court appearance at Staines Magistrates' Court on Tuesday."

Charges include failing to stop after an accident, driving without third-party insurance, and driving while using a mobile phone. If found guilty, Sullivan could face a stint behind bars.

This might not be the last wee see of HSTikkyTokky, as before his arrest, he'd been seen filming a supposed Netflix documentary about 'masculine influencers' with Louis Theroux. It looks like a controversial watch, with footage showing Theroux's typically clever line of questioning leading to Sullivan calling the investigative journalist a 'tw*t'.
