Biohacker Bryan Johnson has revealed the 7 steps he takes to 'de-age his penis', as he's reportedly managed to lower his 'erection age' by over half through these measures.

Former tech CEO Bryan Johnson became famous after he began 'Project Blueprint' in 2021 - an experimental process where he aimed to reduce his age through rather controversial measures.

These initially involved transfusing his own son's plasma into his body, but he has also implemented a number of physical and dietary restrictions into his lifestyle in order to maximize his bodily efficiency and eventually 'cheat' death.

When it comes to results some aren't quite as convinced though, as many on social media believe that he actually looked better before the experiment began, despite the intense physical transformation that he's experienced.

The changes aren't exclusive to his face though, as one of the biggest aspects of Project Blueprint is the process of 'de-aging your penis' through intensive analysis and 'erection data' tracking.

This caused quite the stir on X (formerly Twitter) recently as Johnson shared both his and his own son's erection data, but he's thankfully gone to the trouble of detailing all of the steps he takes to measure his penis health if you were interesting in following along yourself.

The seven-step process involves the following:

  1. Semen Analysis
  2. Measurement of Nighttime Erections
  3. Blood Flow Testing
  4. Urine Flow Testing
  5. Questionnaires
  6. Prostate Health
  7. Core Health Practices

While things like core health practices and questionnaires are fairly self explanatory, you might be wondering what exactly semen analysis and blood flow testing involve.

The former, as described by Johnson, entails "regular testing to track changes in sperm count, motility, and morphology," whereas for the latter you'll be "using ultrasound to measure penile blood flow."

If that already seems too much for you then you definitely won't be ready for the nighttime erection measurement, as that involves using a Fitbit-like smart device that fits around your penis to accurately track how many times you get hard as you sleep.

It's all done through the Adam Health sensor, which gives you detailed metrics such as the number of times you were erect, their duration, and also your 'average erection quality' - although we're not sure whether we want to know how that's calculated.

Importantly, the result of all these metrics will give you your very own 'AndroAge', which lets you track how effectively you're measuring your penis and erection health.

Johnson's, for example, is below 20 despite being 47 years old, and if he's right this could play a major factor in extending his lifespan and achieving the 'Don't Die' ethos.

He emphasizes that if getting hard isn't easy then you could be at risk of a premature death, as allegedly problems with erections show up around 3 to 5 years before signs of heart disease.
