A biohacker who is trying to ‘live forever’ has revealed that he has stopped injecting himself with his son’s blood and instead is trying something more extreme.

Bryan Johnson spends around $2 million a year trying to de-age himself as he attempts to turn back his biological clock.

The venture capitalist and dad-of-three has made a name for himself for being obsessed with halting the aging process and was even receiving blood transfusions from his son in an attempt to have the youngest possible biological age.

Now, it seems that Johnson has taken things one step further after revealing his next treatment in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

In the tweet, Johnson wrote: “I am no longer injecting my son’s blood. I’ve upgraded to something else: total plasma exchange.”

The tech millionaire also shared the steps he was taking, saying: “1. Take out all blood from body. 2. Separate plasma from blood. 3. Replace plasma with 5% albumin & IVIG.”

In a photo, Johnson can be seen holding a large plastic bag, adding: “Here’s my bag of plasma. Who wants it?”

A lot of people online were shocked by the revelation, with many taking to social media themselves to share their reactions.

In the replies to his post, one user wrote: “Be careful. Step 1 might kill you.”

Another said: “First you’re vampiring your kid’s blood, now you’re doing full oil changes? Maybe try being a normal dad who just plays catch.”

A third person commented: “I’d rather die five years earlier and enjoy my life.”

A fourth said: “Giving people the creeps seems to be a strategy.”

A fifth warned: “That looks dangerous bro. Be careful.”

And a sixth user added: “Next post put a backwards hat and sunglasses on. You will look [like you’re] in your 20’s. Get some sun though, I am worried about you.”

But Johnson’s tactics are apparently working.

In a YouTube video called ‘My $16/Day Diet to Live to 200+’ he had shared that he was now aging at a rate of 0.64.

This means that the millionaire is only aging by 7.6 months for every 12 months in the year.

Johnson reckons that this will enable him to live to a world record breaking age of 200.

So how is he managing this? The entrepreneur has revealed that his team is ‘building’ his diet in the same way he would with his software.

In the video, Johnson said: “When you build software, you build version one, and it moves to version two and version three, every version gets a little better because you remove the bad stuff and add more good stuff.

“I’ve done the same thing with my diet.”

It all seems like too much effort to me!
