Despite boasting almost all the money in the world, there are fears that Elon Musk isn't looking after himself.
The world's richest man has been relatively quiet (by his standards) since he had an explosive falling out with President Donald Trump and left the White House.
Although we always knew Elon Musk's time with the Department of Government Efficiency would be only a short stint, few expected the tech billionaire to go out with such a bang.
Taking issue with Donald Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill Act, Musk also went on a wild rant while claiming the POTUS is named in the redacted Epstein Files.

While Trump and Musk seem to have put some of their differences aside, those images of Musk sporting a black eye on his final day at the White House had sparked concerns about his health.
With Musk on track to be the world's first trillionaire, there's still a lot of interest in him, and coming out of the shadows, he's returned with a bang on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

This wouldn't be Musk's first time chatting with Joe Rogan, famously smoking weed on a previous episode, appearing to joke about nazis, and discussing his endeavours to get the human race to Mars.

His latest episode saw him discuss everything from whether Trump is 'evil' to the long-delayed Tesla roadster, but for many, they were distracted by Musk's appearance.
Some noted that he looked significantly older than he had recently, with Dr Stuart Fischer sharing his own hypothesis with the Daily Mail. The New York-based doctor explained: "Even at the Republican National Convention in July 2024, he was fresher-faced compared to now.
"The exposure, the stress, and the controversy appear to have aged him physically and emotionally."
Fischer went on to share concern for Musk's well-being, adding that rapid aging "puts you at risk of heart attacks and strokes." More than just showing on the face, Fischer said: "Being stressed all the time floods the body with cortisol and adrenaline, which accelerates wear and tear on the heart and makes blood clots more likely."
High levels of stress hormones are said to break down the collagen proteins that give our skin its firmness and elasticity: "Poor sleep and eating poorly when you’re stressed only make it worse."

A lack of collagen doesn't just lead to 'saggy' skin, as it can also create dark circles around the eyes and cause wrinkles to form more quickly.
More importantly, stress can make it more difficult to sleep, which then snowballs into making symptoms worse.
Summing up what he thinks is going on with Musk, Fischer concluded: "It’s the stress. I don’t think he was ready for the overwhelming stress of winding up in the middle of international politics over the past few years.
"Even local politics is stressful enough but the divisiveness on the national and international level is different.

"People who used to love him are now deeply upset with him, it’s very draining, and he’s got his companies to run at the same time."
Despite Musk seeming pretty chipper on the podcast, it seems worries about his health have overshadowed the actual topics of conversation he was there to discuss.
