Anonymous issue scathing message to Donald Trump amid horrific LA riots

The President has deployed 700 Marines to deal with the uprising

It's all hands on deck in Los Angeles, with President Donald Trump deploying 700 Marines and mobilizing 2,000 more National Guardsmen to deal with the ongoing riots.

Things have quickly escalated over the issue of ICE conducting a series of migrant raids, with scenes of violence erupting when a Home Depot and a nearby meatpacking plant were raided by its agents.

With over 100 immigrants being detained in a single day, protesters hurled glass bottles at law enforcement. There was suppressing fire from rubber bullets and flashbangs, with streamer Hasan "HasanAbi" Piker even being caught in the crossfire.

The world is watching this potential powder keg, with hacking group Anonymous issuing its own warning about Donald Trump. Anonymous has previously warned the general public about the dangers of Trump and Elon Musk, while it has also directly targeted the POTUS himself.

Now, the hacktivist group has accused Trump of "intentionally provoking chaos in California." Posting a series of memes to prove its point and saying that 'Americans were warned', Anonymous shared a screenshot of an article from The Hill that's called, "Kamala's (Harris) newest lie: Trump will send the army after you". Anonymous captioned it: "She was such a liar... oh wait..."

Anonymous also shared a video of LAPD officers as they appear to physically restrain a Californian with the caption saying: "LAPD when they think no one is looking."

Trump was keen to downplay the situation on Truth Social, asking people to 'Make America Great Again' and claiming the media is blowing things out of proportion.

In a similarly scathing response to Anonymous, California Governor Gavin Newsom has vowed to deploy another 800 law enforcement officers to "clean up President Trump’s mess." It comes after Newsom said he wanted to sue the Trump administration for its initial deployment of the National Guard, which he says fanned the flames. Newsom claims that the action was "illegal, immoral and unconstitutional" because he didn't request them in the first place.

Trump has clapped back and blamed 'insurrectionists' for the scenes of chaos. Speaking to reporters, the POTUS complained: "The people that are causing the problem are professional agitators, they’re insurrectionists, they’re bad people."

He also dodged the question of whether he'd invoke 1807's Insurrection Act, which would give the President the authority to deploy the US military on home soil. Then taking aim at Newsom, Trump concluded that the governor is doing a 'terrible job' as he swiped: "I like Gavin Newsom, he’s a nice guy but he’s grossly incompetent. Everybody knows it."

Anonymous is keeping a close eye on the situation, comparing the LA riots to harrowing scene of the Ghorman Massacre from Andor season 2, sharing a clip of Doechii slamming ICE, and even a video of a Cybertruck sprayed with the words, "F**k ICE."
