There is a genius Apple iOS 26 feature that is making Android users make the switch back to iPhone.
With the operating system upgrade expected to drop for Apple users next month, many people have been sharing their thoughts on the rumored features.
And one feature in particular has got a lot of people talking on social media, with some even considering making the jump over the Apple from Android to get their hands on it.
On Reddit, one post detailed how ‘iOS 26 developer beta 4’ is bringing in the ability to ‘silence unknown callers to call screening’.

Many users took to the comment section to share their own thoughts on the matter, with one writing: “iOS 26 call screening is the best feature in years.”
Another said: “This! It's making me come back to iOS from Android.”
A third person commented: “Wait, so if I understand this correctly, there are three options. (1) Never, (2) Ask reason for Calling, or (3) Silence.

“I don't have the beta, but is there not an ability to decide on the fly for "call screening". For example, if I am expecting a call from a not saved number, it will ring, but if I get an unknown number calling me that I am not expecting, my phone rings but I can "manually" send it to call screening from the call page.”
And a fourth added: “On 26 it puts an option for “voicemail” on the call screen. That leads to visual voicemail where you can watch them talk.”
On the Apple website, it explained: “Manage unwanted calls. Call Screening automatically answers unknown callers without interrupting you. Once the caller shares their name and the reason for their call, your phone rings and you can decide if you want to pick up.”
The page added: “Screen new senders. Approve unknown numbers with new screening tools that detect spam and give you control over who appears in your conversations in Messages, and your recent calls in Phone and FaceTime.”

Other new features include the introduction of polls in Messages, where users will be able to ‘create a poll to let the group chat decide’ so that ‘everyone in the conversation can contribute options and watch as votes come in’.
Another feature in Messages will enable users to add a background to any conversation by choosing ‘any of your own photos to bring a distinct personality to your Messages conversations’.
