It's certainly a valid question as the price of Apple's alternative surely has to equate for more than just a logo, and thankfully another user arrived with a potentially game-changing justification:
"These are 'compatible' with the Nano Texture screens," they explain. "If you got a Pro Display from Apple there's no reason to cheap out on the cleaning cloth."

Considering the eye-watering amount of money it would take to buy a new Pro Display monitor from Apple – with prices starting at $3,599 – paying just $9 for a specially-designed cloth to keep it clean is definitely a justifiable investment.
