A YouTuber ordered a $39,000 house from Amazon and suffered a mortifying realization when he received it.

YouTuber Nathan Graham, who runs the channel Unspeakable, couldn’t believe his luck when he found a home online going for a bargain price.

The house in question was available to purchase on Amazon for $38,999.

Graham bought the ready-made home as a test to see if the retailer would actually deliver.

It turned out to be a real house, arriving inside an Amazon-branded box.

The house itself only needed to be unfolded to be properly assembled and Graham was pretty impressed with the home.

In the video, he said: “This thing is so easy to build, you literally just unfold it, that's it. That's wild, it didn't come with instructions and we built it dude.”

The house was surprisingly spacious, complete with windows and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

However, there was one thing missing that shocked Graham when he realized.

Having purchased all the items needed to furnish his new house, the YouTuber encountered a problem when installing the fridge.

Talking to the camera, he said: “I’m trying to find somewhere to plug in the fridge, but there are no electrical outlets.”

In fact, there were no plug sockets in the entire house.

Graham quickly discovered his mistake, having overlooked quite an important detail of the product description.

It read: “Reminder: Mobile Prefab House is not wired. Please hire an electrician for American standard wiring. Stay safe!”

Graham said: “It literally says right here you need to install circuit, it doesn't come with electrical.

“It comes with a toilet but it doesn't come with the plug.”

However, all hope was not lost as the YouTuber had a backup plan.

He went on to say: “It's all good, we bought a generator on Amazon.”

With the generator, the content creator was able to power his fridge as well as his brand new TV.

Graham also filled his new house up with a bunk bed, couch, tables, kitchen appliances and food.

Viewers took to the YouTube comment section to share their own thoughts on the Amazon house.

One user wrote: “Tbh this would truly be all i’d need. this is actually perfect to me.”

And another said: “Wonderful for off grid living. One will need land to put it on and other things but if you have shelter that’s the main thing.”

It turns out, you really can buy anything from Amazon!
