We've all had our moments when we've eaten a bit too much, but you'll definitely think twice about going for seconds or thirds once you see this gruesome simulation that details the shocking impact of overeating on your body.
Many people only really think about the long term consequences of overeating, with the worries of weight gain combatted by 'magic' drugs like Ozempic or through extreme fasting measure that 'reset' your whole body.
However, eating too much has worrying immediate dangers too that can really threaten the health of your entire body if you're not careful.

You will need to have eaten significantly more food than the average person - and we're talking hot dog content levels of overeating here, but the dangers are incredibly apparent and it's something that you'll want to avoid wherever possible.
Thankfully, if fear is a great way to get you to avoid something then resident simulation expert Zack D. Films on YouTube has got just the video for you, and it's as terrifying and grotesque as aways.
He begins the simulation explaining and showing how eating large amounts of food causes your stomach to expand. How much food you have to eat and how much your stomach expands by obviously varies from person to person and can be different depending on how much you usually eat, but you'll likely know you're overeating when you're in the process of it.

Continuing to eat beyond this point of overeating can lead to significant health complications though, which reach a climax in the small chance that your stomach actually ruptures, tearing a hole due to the significant pressure and rapid expansion required to hold all the food.
Where drugs like Ozempic can sometimes cause bad breath due to the lack of food in your stomach, the excess in this case can lead to an unrelenting expansion, and then what's inside your stomach will rapidly leak throughout your body and onto your organs below.
This, understandably, causes extreme pain due to the acidic qualities of what's typically inside your stomach, and can commonly lead to dangerous infections that could even potentially be life threatening.

"Cmon, I only ate 12 slices of pizza; why is YouTube showing this to me?" Jokes one comment underneath the video, with another writing: "Thanks for the motivation to lose weight, really thank you!"
Many have also pointed out the similarities of this simulation to a recent incident where a 24-year-old Chinese influencer died after overeating on a livestream.
As reported by NDTV, Pan Xiaoting passed away after performing an eating challenge during a live stream, where the significant amount of food that she had consumed caused her stomach to rupture almost identically to that shown in the simulation, with her autopsy noting that her stomach was 'deformed' and contained 'undigested food'.
