What exactly is going on with President Donald Trump, and where is he right now? It seems that the Commander-in-Chief isn't sitting behind the Resolute Desk, he isn’t busy taking in a few rounds of golf, and he isn’t sunning himself at Mar-a-Lago. The internet has gone into a frenzy amid rumors that the President of the United States has passed away.

Whispers started over the final few days of August about the President's potential death, with only a privy few actually knowing what's happening with Donald Trump.

It all started when Vice President JD Vance took an interview with USA Today and said he's ready to step up and assume the presidency if a 'terrible tragedy' were to befall Trump.

The same interview featured Vance saying Trump is in "incredibly good health," although naysayers have noted he hasn't been seen publicly since a Wednesday cabinet meeting and had an unusually clear weekend schedule.

The POTUS is trying to assure us that he's doing just fine, posting on Truth Social, saying: "NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE."

He linked to another post where someone was talking about former President Joe Biden's health, adding how the "media freaks out if Trump disappears for 24 hours."

Hoping to finally put everything to bed, the White House's daily guidance notice confirms that President Trump will be making an announcement at 2 p.m. on September 2. As no further details were provided, it only throws fuel on the fire that all is not well.

The biggest hint that something was/is going on comes courtesy of the Pentagon Pizza Index. We've previously covered how the pizza orders seemingly spike around the Pentagon during times of crisis, potentially foreshadowing Israel's June missile strikes on Iran ahead of time.

Over the weekend, pizza orders around the Pentagon soared by 800%.

Although it now sits at the lowest state of DEFCON 1, it had climbed to the highest of DEFCON 5 during the past few days.

On X, one account claimed that several helicopters flew to the Walter Reed Army Medical Center and that the area was closed off to traffic. If the facility being significant in matters of presidential health wasn't enough, someone else claims that they saw First Lady Melania Trump at Walter Reed.

A pregnant woman posted on Threads, stating: "Went to Walter Reed on Thursday to be monitored in Labour/Delivery because I'm very pregnant. Mid being monitored in triage guess who showed up for an unscheduled 'tour' of L&D? Melania Trump."

Hospital staff were said to be surprised by her presence, although it's important to note there's no official confirmation that the First Lady was ever there.

All of this comes after the White House confirmed the President suffers from chronic venous insufficiency in July of 2025. Even though it's not thought to be a life-threatening condition, increased pressure in the veins can lead to leg swelling and ulcers. Before the White House confirmed it, some had spotted that Trump seemingly had swollen legs on social media.

A look at the Pentagon Pizza Index confirms continued spikes of orders at various intervals, but with President Trump due to set the record straight, we should soon find out exactly what's going on at the Oval Office.
