Medical records relaying US President Donald Trump's current health have revealed some surprising results, as an AI-enhanced scan appears to suggest that his cardiovascular age is younger than his chronological age.
Detailing the findings in a report conducted in May 2026, Capt. Sean P. Barbabella – the official physician to the president – outlined that while Donald Trump is 79-years-old, his 'cardio age' is "approximately 14 years younger," according to the scan.
This might also come as a surprise considering how often President Trump reportedly ignores the health advice given by his doctor, who remains no further than three minutes away from the chief of state at all times, but he appears to be in good health regardless.
Some might remain skeptical considering the scan itself was conducted with the enhancement of AI tools, but it concludes that the president is in 'excellent health' despite his demanding schedule and affirms his continued suitability for what is arguably the most important job in the world.
Trump's cardio health is 14 years younger
Following the president's annual physical examination, a diagnostic summary is produced with one key section focusing on his cardiovascular health, relating to the wellness of your heart and circulatory system.

"Coronary CT angiography demonstrated no arterial obstruction or structural anomalies of the heart of major vessels," the report from Capt. Barbabella explains, before outlining the use of an 'AI-enhanced electrocardiogram (ECG)' test.
This "estimated his cardiac age, an established measure of cardiovascular vitality, to be approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age," noting that "additional testing, including an echocardiogram, showed no abnormalities."
In essence, Trump's health isn't just free of any issues but significantly better than doctors would expect for someone his age, with his cardio reflecting that of a 65-year-old according to the tests.
What else does the medical report say about Trump's health?
Many of the other observations note that Trump's health is normal and as expected for someone his age, although an omission comes within the 'Head/Ears/Nose/Throat' section where "examination was normal, except for scarring of the right ear consistent with prior gunshot injury."

Dermatologic analysis also points out that "examination of the dorsal hands revealed ecchymosis (bruising), consistent with minor soft tissue irritation," which many have spotted and pointed out in recent months, especially as there were seemingly attempts to hide it with skin-matched foundation.
What Capt. Barbabella indicates to be the cause of this, however, is "frequest handshaking in the setting of aspirin use for cardiovascular prevention," illustrating that "this represents a common and benign effect of aspirin therapy."

President Trump is currently only taking three forms of medication, with Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe for cholesterol control, alongside Aspirin for cardiac prevention.
The report finishes up by summizing that "President Trump remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall phsyical function.
"His demanding daily schedule, including multiple high-level meetings, public engagements, and regular physical activity, continues to support his overall well-being," the report continues, concluding that "cognitive and physical performance are excellent. He is fully fit to carry out all duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State."
