Biohacker shares 'anti-aging lunch' that takes him as long as 34 minutes to eat

Some people want to live forever, and while most of us likely can't think of anything worse, the industry of helping consumers (potentially) extend their lifespan is a big business.

Now, one biohacker has shared his lunch, supposedly giving you all the ingredients you need to live to 120. Well, it certainly beats the same processed sandwich and fizzy drink we tend to subject ourselves to from Monday to Friday.

Bryan Johnson has made a name for himself as a millionaire 'biohacker', telling us how to cheat the signs of aging through his own methods.

In a video on his YouTube channel, Johnson has showed off his age-defying lunch. He says he's spent years and millions of dollars coming up with the perfect diet where 'every calorie has to fight for its life.'

We hope you've put some time aside, because according to Johnson, it could take up to 34 minutes to get through this miracle lunch.

Johnson's 'Super Veggie' lunch apparently only takes 20 minutes to make and includes a healthy mix of cauliflower, broccoli, Shitake or Maitake mushrooms, ginger, and a single clove of garlic.

The base of the dish is made with black lentils, and in terms of seasoning, Johnson throws in cumin, hemp seeds, apple cider vinegar, and a splash of extra virgin olive oil.

Johnson says it can take him up to 34 minutes to eat the dish (we're still not sure why), so he sometimes opts for a blended version for when he doesn't have the time.

If you're wanting the on-the-go version, toss your veggies in a blender with some water. Both versions can be topped with a sprinkle of sodium-free Nu-Salt.

With promises that the above ingredients are packed with the likes of anti-inflammatories and anti-oxidants to promote bowel and immune system health, Super Veggie could be the miracle meal we've been searching for while sat at our desks.

Johnson has made a name for himself with his extreme dedication to the cause, taking over 100 supplements a day, restricting his diet to only eating food before 11.00am, and going to bed at 8.30pm.

He's also caused a stir by accepting blood plasma donations from his son, signing up to be cryogenically frozen, and attempting to rejuvenate his penis with shockwave therapy.

While people might not be sold on all of Johnson's ideas, his Super Veggie lunch at least looks like a healthy alternative to that fast food coupon that's winking from your email inbox.
