The video, posted by @technoskill on TikTok, shows you how to access this secret menu, which you can do by following these steps:
- Head into the Settings, select Wi-Fi, and press the three vertical dots in the top right
- Tap the Intelligent Wi-Fi option, then press the Intelligent Wi-Fi text at the bottom several times until a message pops up saying Labs has been turned on
- Enter the Connectivity Labs menu at the bottom of the page, and select Wi-Fi Developer Options
From here you can perform a wide range of tasks related to your Wi-Fi conection, and many of them should interest you to ensure you're getting the best speeds.
Entering the 'Nearby Wi-Fi Information' page, for example, shows you the strength of your currently available connections relative to where you are at that point in time, and this can be incredibly useful when diagnosing slow speeds or deciding where to place your router within your home.
