YouTube streamer lShowSpeed has broken his silence since being banned from the platform for allegedly violating Community Guidelines during a livestream.

IShowSpeed, who's real name is Darren Watkins Jr, is reportedly unable to post after he posted a video that saw him jumping over two cars as they sped towards each other.

In the video a Lamborghini and a McLaren raced head one as streamer Speed jumped just in the nick of time to have the cars go underneath him in the stunt.

Speaking in the video after performing the stunt, Speed said: "I risked my life for y'all", before a 'WARNING' sign appears on the screen.

It said: "The stunts in this video were performed by professionals, so for the safety of yourself and the protection of those around you, please do not attempt any of the stunts you are about to see."

The stunt has been classed as dangerous by YouTube and as a result, Speed is currently unable to share content due to the platform banning him.

Speed, who has one of the platform's biggest channels with more than 27 million subscribers, has now broken his silence as he explained why he isn't sharing his usual streams.

The 19-year-old streamer, who shares his travels and adventures through IRL streams, has explained that YouTube has banned him.

Speaking on his channel, he told fans: "Hey guys, if y’all are watching this right now, I'm banned on YouTube on my main channel.

"I cannot stream or do anything, guys. I just wanted to let y'all know. I love y'all."

According to a verified fan account on Twitter, Speed has been banned for two weeks and also claimed that Speed can't post for a fortnight.

The account shared a snapshot of Speed's YouTube dashboard where he indicates he violated Active Community Guidelines.

The account wrote: "NEW: Speed's livestream where he jumped over two supercars was striked for dangerous activities.

"As it stands, he will not be able to go live for two weeks. The strike has been appealed and we will update you as it goes on."

Fans have responded to the post as one wrote: "The stunt that he did was crazy."

Another shared: "F*** YouTube. Stream on twitch kick and YouTube all at the same time."

"So no stream for 2 weeks," said another with a crying face.

The creator has reportedly appealed the ban, but there's been no further update.

In the past Speed has been banned from platforms like Twitch, until last year when the ban was lifted by the streaming platform after two years.

He's also previously been banned by Playstation.

Some fans believe that as he can't post to YouTube, he may consider returning to the streaming platform.
