Elon Musk's paternity saga is going from bad to worse, as the world's richest man could soon find himself back in court. The world was rocked on Valentine's Day when MAGA influencer Ashley St. Clair spectacularly claimed that Elon Musk was the father of her child. St. Clair maintains that she gave birth to her son five months ago but was told to keep it a secret.

Musk gave a one-word response to the news, and in the aftermath, St. Clair has been dishing the dirt.

After discussing how Musk slid into her DMs, St. Clair is taking it one step further by bringing their texts into a lawsuit filed against the tech mogul.

St. Clair filed two petitions against Musk on February 21, with the first asking for sole custody of the child, and the second asking for a paternity test. A series of alleged texts between the pair have now been leaked, and safe to say, they're causing quite a stir online.

One exchange features St Clair sending Musk a picture of her and the baby in the hospital, with her telling the billionaire that the child is 'perfect'. Musk then seemingly responds: "I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend."

Musk goes on to talk about 'credible' death threats against him and added: "I get credible death threats every day. I'm no.2 after Trump for assasination. Wake up. This is not the time for sentiment at the expense of safety."

St. Clair replied: "That's why the father spot on his birth certificate is blank right now, E. And why he has my last name."

The most scandalous message is one where Musk appears to tell St. Clair: "I want to knock you up again."

Elsewhere, fellow MAGA influencer Isabella Moody has accused St. Clair of trying to 'baby trap' Musk.

Sharing her own back and forth with St. Clair, the Moody messages refer to her wanting Elon's 'rocket babies'.

Moody posted on X and wrote: "I wasn’t going to post these, but now Ashley St. Clair has leaked her private signal messages with Elon Musk after lying and saying she ‘wanted privacy’, here’s more evidence Ashley planned to baby trap Elon."

"She sent me these text messages in May 2023 when she first met Elon and started sleeping with him."

In typical Musk style, he responded with one word, writing "Whoah" to Moody's revelations.

In a separate post, Moody concluded: "Ashley St. Clair is USING her 5-month-old BABY as leverage and emotional blackmail to try and control Elon Musk. I hope he doesn’t give her an INCH.”

St. Clair is reportedly raising the child, referred to as 'R.S.C.', alongside another child of hers in a $15,000-a-month New York City apartment.

Lawyer Karen B. Rosenthal wrote in the affirmation: "This firm has been dealing with Respondent’s lawyer and representative, Alyssa Rower from Rower, LLC, in an attempt to resolve this matter privately.

"The law firm has offices in Manhattan and Westchester, New York. However, his representatives have been nonresponsive in the past to resolve the outstanding issues and Respondent has indicated that he no longer wishes to resolve issues of custody and support amicably."
