Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson has clearly been working out, with the famous content creator showing off his buff physique online. This isn't the first time we've seen MrBeast undergo a body transformation, although it seems he's sticking with his fitness bag.

The YouTube legend has made a name for himself with his wild videos recreating Squid Game, what it's like to go on a $250,000 vacation, and even spending 100 hours in a pyramid. Donaldson has previously spoken about his fitness, and back in June 2023, shared a side-by-side shot of his before and after while referring to himself as 'obese'. Back then, MrBeast wrote: "Woke up and realized I was obese so I started lifting and walking 12,500 steps a day. Still got a long way to being yoked but I’m happy with my progress so far 🥰."

In his latest progress update, MrBeast posted a side profile shot of himself in the gym.

Racking up an impressive 102,000 likes, the picture gained attention from biohacker Bryan Johnson. Known for his attempts to cheat death and live forever, Johnson is also remembered for his controversial techniques, including injecting his son's blood and measuring his nighttime erections.

Responding to MrBeast, Johnson simply wrote: "Looking good jimmy."

Donaldson then showed us the importance of punctuation when he replied: "Trying to not die like you."

He's the latest YouTuber to hit the gym, with David Dobrik returning from his extended hiatus and explaining how he transformed his body following a bet with MrBeast.

Donaldson spoke about his weight loss journey in a resurfaced interview with Colin and Samir. The YouTuber said: "Me and Eric, another YouTuber, we signed a contract where we’d work out every day, and if we didn’t, we’d get a tattoo of each other.

"You’re OK to have a day off if it’s like an actual part of your program, so I occasionally have rest days.

"But for the most part, the last 310 days, we’ve worked out every single day, and we’ve held each other accountable, and it’s been awesome."

The dramatic change in physique has even earned the praise of Arnold Schwarzenegger, with Donaldson clearly keeping up with the hard work.

Admitting that he let life get in the way of his fitness, Donaldson said: "I was just so laser-focused on the [YouTube] channel, and I just realized one day...I have not been working out or taking care of myself or anything.

“Up to this point, I’ve just been losing fat. It’s harder to put on muscle when you’re losing fat. But it’s been fun."

He went on to encourage others to join him on the journey, concluding: "All you have to do is work out for three months really consistently, and then it’ll just become part of your lifestyle.

"I couldn’t fathom a year ago, ‘How am I ever going to do this religiously?’ because we just have so much stuff going on, but now it’s just truly a habit."

As for Johnson, his strict regime involves eating all of his meals before 11:30 am, partaking in a vegan diet, and having a steadfast 'no cheat days' rule.

Johnson has recently been on a roll on social media, previously talking about 'lady boners' on the platform and offering to help Elon Musk with the Department of Government Efficiency.
