David Dobrik has released a 75-day fitness plan following his shock transformation and return to YouTube.
The YouTuber surprised fans by revealing that he had been on a diet and workout transformation over the last 12 months.
Taking to Instagram, Dobrik shared a before and after shot of his fitness journey, writing: “New year, new me, new vlog.
“I couldn’t be more grateful for the people around me that pushed me this year to be a better version of myself. I owe everything to all my friends and especially Ilya who has literally changed my life
“I love ya dude. I don’t feel like pudding anymore !!!!”

With the help of his friend, Ilya Fedorovich, who owns Xeela Fitness - a workout app and training supplement company - Dobrik transformed his body.
The results were posted in a documentary-style vlog on YouTube and since then, Dobrik has revealed that he is also releasing a 75-day fitness plan.
Uploading a video of Dobrik to the Xeela Fitness Instagram page, the caption read: “David’s 75 day challenge is now live! Download the Xeela transformation app and get yourself right in 2025 by following the challenge!
“The challenge includes the workouts that David did in order to achieve his physique. It also includes a tailored nutrition plan that accommodates to your goals.
“ The person with the best results wins a brand new 2025 Tesla Model 3. Worst case, you get in shape. Link to app in our bio! Must be 18+ to enter.”
Many people took to the YouTube comment section to share their reactions to Dobrik’s body transformation.
