A TikToker has offered out some “super easy” tips for matching with Olympians on Hinge.

One person on TikTok has some hot tips on how to match with Olympic athletes and her advice has now gone viral.

In a video, Sofia Elizabeth advised that using the dating app is the best way to find athletes staying in the Olympic Village.

Sofia even claimed that she’d matched with an athlete who is currently competing in the Games, and she explained in detail how to bag a date with an athlete for yourself.

In the video that now has over 16 million views, she said: “There will be signs, like them playing sports” on their dating profiles.

She added: “Unlike Tinder or Bumble, you don’t have to pay to change your locations on Hinge.”

This is a vital step in her plan because you’ll need to change your location to the area where the Olympic Village is situated in Paris.

Sofia joked: “To match with an athlete, you gotta train like an athlete.”

The spot where participants are staying this summer is Saint-Denis so you’ll need to put that as your new area if you want to find some gold medal winners.

Once you’ve done that, the only thing left to do is start swiping.

Sofia said: “You do kinda have to be hardcore in this if you truly do want an Olympian. I feel like the algorithm eventually picks up that you only want Olympians after saying no to everyone else – and then it becomes super easy.”

Viewers took to the TikTok comment section to share their praise for her advice, with one saying that she was “doing the Lord’s work” by offering her insight.

Another user said: “The Olympic colors being your wedding colors, get it girl!!”

A third user wrote: “I support this get that bag” to which Sofia replied with: “Not just a bag, but a gold.”

A fourth user had their own theory as to which athlete Sofia had matched with, saying: “Casually matching with Hunter Armstrong is a lore I can't beat.”

Hunter Armstrong is an American swimmer who won gold this week for the 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay.

One user noticed a potential problem with the advice, saying: “Ok but how are they handling the fact that you’re not in Paris? I want to do it but I feel like they're immediately gonna stop responding once they find out I’m not there lol.”

Sofia responded with a quick-thinking solution, adding: “Flights are $300… if they wanted me there.. I’m there.”
