Erika Kirk has made a major announcement after making a rare appearance on her late husband’s show.

This comes a week after she spoke at a memorial held for Charlie Kirk at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on September 21.

The political commentator lost his life earlier this month while on stage at Utah Valley University (UVU) as part of his ‘American Comeback’ tour.

Charlie had been addressing the 3,000-strong crowd when he was struck in the neck by a gunshot and later died from his injuries.

An FBI manhunt took place and 33 hours later, Tyler Robinson was arrested under suspicion of the shooting.

Charlie’s wife Erika spoke at his memorial, which also saw the likes of President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance address attendees.

Since then, Erika made an appearance on Charlie’s podcast to talk about how his voice would continue after his death.

Hosting the episode on Friday (September 26), Erika told listeners that the show would continue, saying: “The Charlie Kirk Show is not going anywhere.

“My husband’s voice will live on. The show will go on. We will have rotating hosts, rotating casts, rotating people coming on. It is going to be continually the north star of the conservative movement, of the voice of the youth, of the voice of the base, and that will not end.”

Erika appeared to be in good spirits during the recording, laughing and smiling throughout, and she shared a memory that her mother once described Charlie as his generation’s Rush Limbaugh.

The mom of two went on to confirm that the ‘American Comeback’ tour will also continue to visit college campuses across the country and Turning Point USA, which she was named CEO of after Charlie’s death, is going ‘full steam ahead’ with even more work than she could ‘ever dream of’.

Erika continued: “We’ll never be silenced. That’s why continuing his platform in a beautiful, honorable way will reinforce that he will never be silenced. My husband’s voice will go on.”

Speaking at the memorial, Erika had said to the crowd about her husband: “He wanted to save young men. Just like the one who took his life.”

Talking about the shooter, she added: “I forgive him because it was what Christ did. And what Charlie would do. The answer to hate is not hate.”

Robinson has made his first appearance in court where he heard that prosecutors would be seeking the death penalty.
