Major GTA 6 detail leaked as one of the world's biggest rappers rumored to be in the game

Certified lover boy, certified cameo

One of the world's biggest rappers is rumored to have a major role in Grand Theft Auto 6, as leakers point towards one of the hotly anticipated game's likely countless cameos.

The Grand Theft Auto series is certainly no stranger to celebrity appearances, as huge names like Dr. Dre, Danny Trejo, and Samuel L. Jackson have all lent their voice and appearance to the highly acclaimed games.

Many have speculated that a character from the most recent game in the series was clearly mean to be Elon Musk, and the billionaire is highly speculated to have an appearance in GTA 6 despite his clear distaste for the series.

One area that has increasingly seen famous faces - or perhaps voices - crop up over the years is in the series' much celebrated radio stations, which players can enjoy when driving around the huge maps.

Grand Theft Auto 5 alone had guest hosting duties filled by names like DJ Pooh and Cara Delevingne, and most notably Frank Ocean had his own dedicated radio station that mirrored his real life Apple Music show blonded RADIO.

New leaks appear to suggest that GTA 6 will once again have guest radio spots, with one of the world's biggest rappers having their own dedicated radio station, as per Dexerto.

Drake has seemingly been awarded a prime spot among Grand Theft Auto 6's radio stations despite famously losing one of the biggest rap beefs of the 21st century, meaning that you'll be able to listen to the rapper's favorite tracks and even some unreleased songs - although don't expect to hear any Kendrick Lamar on this particular station.

This 'leak' came from fellow rapper Jermaine Dupri, who revealed during an interview with New Rory & Mal that he was allegedly asked to join the game himself, with Drake's inclusion used as a push in the right direction.

"They asked me to do like Grand Theft Auto and they were saying Drake got his own radio station on Grand Theft Auto," revealed Dupri. "The way that they getting ready to do it is that Drake can actually upload that we probably ain't never even heard online or wherever else on that video [game]."

He does then go on to discuss AI artists, perhaps suggesting that the latter comment about unreleased music was simply a theory that new tracks would be created in the style of Drake using artificial intelligence, but it's unclear.

Regardless, this would definitely be a major moment for GTA 6 which didn't exactly need any help in the hype department already, as many would doubtless be racing to jack their first car in the hopes of hearing never-before-heard songs from the Canadian rapper.

Looking at certain parts of social media though, the reaction to a possible Drake-focused station hasn't exactly been positive.

"Who the f*** wants a Drake station," writes one user on Reddit in response to the news, with another adding "Oh please no. Frank Ocean to Drake would be the downgrade of the century."

Others are expecting celebrity-hosted stations to be continued, but perhaps more in vain to podcasts or shows hosted by comedians like Theo Von or even Joe Rogan.
