The announcement of new Apple products is always one of the most exciting times in the tech industry, and if tipsters are to be believed we could very well have five fresh products right on the horizon.

Flagship iPhones and high tech items like the Apple Vision Pro are always going to get the most attention, but some of the most intriguing announcements typically occur outside of the main hype cycle and within Apple's other product lines.

2025 has been relatively slow on the announcement front for the gadget giant so far, but according to 9to5Mac, there could be five new products arriving on shelves as early as next month.

iPhone SE 4

It's never going to sell as much or be as flashy as the flagship, but the SE line of iPhones remains a popular choice for the budget conscious. We don't always need the highest specs or the latest innovations, and sacrificing them for a cheaper price is definitely something to consider.

One of the biggest things to be excited about with the SE 4, however, is the rumor that the home button is no more, allowing the phones to join the more modern and sleek full-screen look.

This would make it an incredibly attractive proposal for many who have been turned off by the 'archaic' look of old, and with the introduction of a USB-C port too there's little reason to not consider it as an option.

M4 Macbook Air

If you're looking for an upgrade to your MacBook Air then this might be the product you've been waiting for, as it's only a matter of time before Apple bring the coveted M4 chip to the lighter line of laptops.

M4 has already made its way over to the MacBook Pro to ensure that those looking for the top-of-the-line performance can get it as soon as possible, but it'd be great to have all that power in a more portable package for people who don't necessarily need all of the extra frills.

It's expected to drop around spring time, but experts indicate that it could potentially come even sooner - meaning that it'd be wise to hold off if you're planning an upgrade right now.

iPad 11 and M3 Air

On the iPad front it's a double header, as it's expected that there will be a new standard version alongside an M3 update for the Air in the near future.

It's been comparatively a long time since the last generation of Apple's cheapest iPad launched, with the 10th generation dropped in 2022. It was certainly a significant version though, being the first to modernize a design that became iconic for the iPad range.

Outside of an improved chip there might not be as much fanfare as you'd expect considering the longer wait, although it's indicated that there will - like all new Apple products - be a focus on Apple Intelligence, which some gadget professionals still remain unconvinced by.

On the lighter and smaller front though, the iPad Air will likely be getting an M3 upgrade, giving it that extra oomph needed to complete all of your tasks in it's miniature frame. If you're always on the go and find the Pro a bit too cumbersome, this is definitely one to keep your eyes peeled for.

Smart home display

Finally, rumors indicate that next month could see the reveal of Apple's long-awaited smart home display, rivaling outputs from competitors like Google and Amazon.

Expect it to be a pared-back iPad of sorts that focuses on communication and smart home tasks - taking advantage of the new Apple Intelligence features too in order to make your daily life as streamlined as possible.

As this is the first of its kind there's still so much that we don't know about it, so expect a few surprises and hidden twists along the way as we await the official announcement.
