Apple is getting a new look, and better yet, you won't have to stump up for a new iPhone to make the most of it. WWDC 2025 was always going to set up the future of the tech giant, and while some had already spoiled the surprise of Liquid Glass, we've finally got a look at it in action.
With Tim Cook there to introduce the Apple showcase, we quickly dived into a closer look at Liquid Glass.
Presenting a new united front on iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and more, Liquid Glass brings everything together.

With new rounded buttons, tinted icons, and even a clear look, Liquid Glass definitely looks crips, but with it being shared online, not everyone is a fan.
Notably, many were quick to criticize Apple for focusing on aesthetics without ironing out the numerous bugs you're complaining about.
One disgruntled user said: "That’s nice and all, but can they just iron out all the bugs of iOS 18? It’s been the glitchiest iOS ever."

Another added: "Honestly I’m sick of UI updates. They’re cool but can we finally have some hardware updates please? 😭
A third concluded: "Feels like Apple is focusing on the wrong items, aesthetics are great but the competitors will be improving productivity and reducing friction which will reduce some of the advantages in choosing IPhone."
While we're sure Liquid Glass will grow on its critics, it's not quite the iPhone 17 announcement or long-awaited reveal of a folded iPhone that many of you were hoping for.
