It has been over a month now since the Coldplay kiss cam controversy transpired and social media has only just about recovered, but that hasn't stopped frontman Chris Martin from bringing it up once again in a warning at a recent show.
If you somehow missed the chaos, everyone across social media was up in arms when Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was caught embracing his company's Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot on a Coldplay concert jumbotron.
The footage was captured and shared on TikTok by a woman who had no idea what was about to unfold as a consequence of her video, although she didn't earn a single penny despite going ultra viral thanks to one major mistake.

The resulting fallout saw Byron resign from his position, delete his LinkedIn account, and perhaps even be met with a divorce after his wife mysteriously removed her surname from her Facebook account before ultimately deleting it.
Martin did break his silence on the chaotic event in the concert that fell immediately after the controversy, but he has once again commented on the incident during the band's most recent show.
What has Chris Martin said about the kiss cam scandal?
A video shared on Reddit reveals what Chris Martin has now said about the Astronomer kiss cam incident during the band's performance in Hull on Tuesday.

"This is called a jumbotron, and we've done this for a long long time, and we pick people out to say hello, and sometimes they — yeah, they turn out to be internationally massive scandal, sure," Martin expressed just before he wheeled out the kiss cam that got Byron and Cabot into trouble.

"But most of the time we're just trying to say hello to f***ing people, that's all. Now all of this bulls***. We're going to do our f***ing kiss cam... so if you're not prepared to be on international news, please duck," the singer joked.
Martin definitely had an inkling of what was about to come when he first saw Byron and Cabot's reaction on the screen last month, as he remarked that the pair were either "having an affair or they're just really shy."
While it certainly brought a lot of attention to the already incredibly popular band, Martin appears to simply want to avoid any further controversy at his shows, and would like the jumbotron segment to continue as it allows him to 'say hello' to his fans.
