Disturbing pictures inside Epstein Island featuring 'disembodied heads' go viral after being leaked online

The infamous island earned an 'Isle of Babes' nickname

You might not have heard of the small island of Little Saint James in the United States Virgin Islands, but chances are you know it by its other name: Epstein Island.

Bought by the late financier in 1998, Little Saint James soon coined nicknames, including 'Isle of Babes', 'Island of Sin', and 'Orgy Island'. Among the locals, it's become known as 'Pedophile Island', as alleged victims of the convicted pedophile claim they were assaulted on Little Saint James.

Despite Epstein's passing when he was found hanged in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in July 2019, the horrors of his crimes have lived on through testimonies and the ongoing saga of the Epstein Files.

2025 has seen Epstein continue to grab headlines posthumously, especially due to the death of accuser Virginia Giuffre, the Trump administration's botched but public handling of the Epstein files, and wild claims that Donald Trump himself is named in redacted portions of the report.

Most recently, the POTUS has pulled a U-turn and vowed to release the full Epstein files after senators overwhelmingly voted to make them public. Things have gone mysteriously quiet, but to tide us over until the files are supposedly released to the world, new images from inside Epstein Island have given some chilling insight into the infamous abode.

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee have released these never-before-seen images of Epstein Island, including a chalkboard adorned with the words 'deception' and 'power', a Panasonic phone with numerous numbers on speed dial, and rooms filled with unexpected medical equipment.

Metadata confirms the images were taken in 2020, while a walkthrough video also accompanies them.

Easily the most haunting is what looks like a dental room that includes a yellow chair and a series of male masks adorning the walls.

None of these faces were immediately identifiable, but over on X, people couldn't escape the creepy nature of the masks.

Responding to a post that said, "Well this is creepy AF. (pic from Epstein island, as released by Oversight Dems)," one person said: "Perfectly normal disembodied heads watching over the guest room dental chair. It's called class."

Another added: "Like what is that f**king mask hanging on the wall? Release these files man I am SO sick of this crazy a*s sh*t."

A third said: "Next season on 'American Horror Story'."

Discussing the images, Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), the top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, reiterated: "These new images are a disturbing look into the world of Jeffrey Epstein and his island.

"We are releasing these photos and videos to ensure public transparency in our investigation and to help piece together the full picture of Epstein’s horrific crimes. We won’t stop fighting until we deliver justice for the survivors."

Garcia's office also says it has received bank records that were requested from J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank, with both linked to Epstein's financial transactions.

It's unclear what exactly is buried in the bowels of the Epstein files, but if it's anything like these pictures, there's sure to be plenty of intrigue.
