The whole world is still talking about the murder of Charlie Kirk, and while 22-year-old Tyler Robinson is now facing charges over his September 10 shooting, there are still more questions than answers.
Kirk was shot through the neck while discussing gun violence at Utah Valley University, with President Donald Trump later confirming he'd died from his injuries. Eyewitnesses described the shocking scene with 'fountains' of blood, while the shooter appeared to flee from the rooftops. Tyler Robinson was eventually named after his father reportedly handed him in, and now, he faces seven state charges.
The political divide is widening in America, split between those who are sharing their condolences for Kirk and his family, versus those who've 'celebrated' his murder. In the aftermath of calls for Chris Pratt to be fired from Marvel for his support of Kirk, and Stephen King being forced to apologize for saying Kirk wanted gays to be stoned to death, Elon Musk has now called for a major streamer to go to 'prison' for sharing his thoughts on the shooting.

Stephen "Destiny" Bonnell made a series of posts where he's accused of mocking Erika Kirk. Destiny took issue with Kirk tagging her late husband in a photo of his coffin, then said she was 'fake crying' in another.
During an episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored, an angry Ana Kasparian asked, "What’s wrong with you?"
Defending his actions, Bonnell said: "The sick thing is weaponizing a widow’s grief to try to do recruitment for your political party. That’s probably one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen."
The heated exchange between Kasparian and Bonnell continued, with the latter adding: "If you’re going to weaponize somebody’s grief against the other party, then of course people have a right to fight back against it.

"I think that she has every right to grieve in whatever way she wants, but when that grief is gonna be weaponized to do recruitment, political recruitment, and further radicalization of the other side, then, of course, you not only have the ability to market, I think you have the obligation to mock it. It’s insane."
Morgan shared the clip on X and said that Destiny won't condemn Kirk's killing until President Trump tells people to 'calm down'.
Someone else reposted the segment and asked why Amazon hadn't banned Destiny, which prompted Elon Musk to take things further. The tech billionaire suggested that banning him would be the wrong idea, although Amazon "should stop paying him to incite murder." Musk doubled down by saying that incitement to murder and domestic terrorism are felony crimes, adding: "For that, he should go to prison."

Elsewhere, clips of one of Bonnell's streams have gone viral, with him saying: "You need conservatives to be afraid of getting killed when they go to events so they look to their leadership to turn down the temperature...The issue is right now they don’t feel like there is any fear – like, I don’t know."
This has been picked up by the likes of Alex Jones, although Bonnell's defenders say comments were rhetorical or removed from context.
In a final twist, Destiny said his 'entire income' is gone following being banned from Twitch, but in reality, he was perma-banned from Amazon's streaming platform back in March 2022.
