Pornhub has revealed the most searched for video game characters of 2023 and the results are interesting to say the least.
This year marks Pornhub’s 10th Year in Review and what a list to mark this special anniversary.
Aside from most searched terms and watched categories, the Canadian porn site breaks down the year in 'Video Games and Characters', revealing who was on people’s minds during 2023.

So, just who was in first place?
Well, the most searched for video game character was Fortnite’s Chun Li by a decent margin, with the Epic Games release also placing as the the most searched for game on the porn site in the past year for the third year in a row.
Jumping 10 places, Chun Li took the top spot from last year’s most searched for video game character, D.Va from Overwatch, who took third place.

Tifa from Final Fantasy placed second, up a significant 18 spots from last year.
Lara Croft from Tomb Raider, Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil and Sonic from Sonic the Hedgehog also occupied some of the top spots for the characters people were searching for.
In the most searched for video game category, everyone’s favourite Italian plumbers, Super Mario, made a big jump in the rankings this year, shooting up 19 spots.
But it was Fortnite that dominates the top spot in video game searches, as in 2022 and 2021, Pornhub revealed, with

Overwatch coming in second this year, holding the same place since 2021 as well.
The third most searched video game was Minecraft.
There were some rising stars this year as new releases made their mark on Pornhub’s 2023 round-up.

The Legend of Zelda raced up 26 spots, which could be thanks to Tears of the Kingdom hitting shelves earlier this year.
Other games with substantial increases in popularity among Pornhub frequenters include God of War shooting up 17 places.
Meanwhile, Red Dead Redemption and The Witcher both jumped 12 spots.
Final Fantasy was among the games with a loss of interest, with it joined by Among Us and Cuphead.
