Apple is about to share redesign of the iPhone that's like nothing we've never seen before
Apple is due to unveil a range of new products later today as part of its ‘Surprise and shine’ event, and it looks like this could include an iPhone design that has never been seen before.
This comes after months - and even years - of speculation that the tech giant could be working on its first ever foldable phone.
Now, it looks like the rumors are turning into reality as people anticipate the announcement of Apple’s first ever iPhone Duo, which has also been referred to as the iPhone Ultra.
Official news about the device, and confirmation on its name, will be available today as part of Apple’s keynote address.

Apple is quite late to the game of foldable phones, with the first model entering the market back in 2018, but it seems this may be due to the company’s perfectionism.
However, it looks like the device will not be likely to come cheap after a recent Vodafone Egypt leak suggested that the iPhone Duo could be looking at a $2,000 price tag.
What will the rumored foldable iPhone look like?
There is not much known about what we can expect from the foldable iPhone, with the firm keeping details under wraps until its big reveal.
However, it is thought that the device will have two screen displays, which is a first for Apple, and is reported to be durable against cracks in the fold.
Other Apple devices expected to be announced today
Apple is also set to unveil a whole host of new products today, with the new iPhone 18 lineup predicted to be announced alongside the Apple Watch Series 12.
The smartwatch is rumored to come with some handy features that could justify the upgrade. This includes the likes of a continuous heart rate monitor, which will be available through the Fitness app.
This will allow users to record their heart rate all day, with the feature always being switched on.
Meanwhile, the watch will also come with a new S-series processor and a ceramic case, which is making its first appearance with the watch since 2019.
Apple’s ‘Surprise and shine’ event is expected to mark John Ternus’ first keynote address after taking over as CEO of the company following Tim Cook’s stepping down from the role. Ternus officially took the reins on September 1, with Cook bowing out after spending 15 years in the position.
The event is scheduled to start at 1pm EDT and will be livestreamed on the Apple website, YouTube channel and on Apple TV.
