A political streamer with three million followers has been banned from Twitch after reportedly saying an offensive two-word phrase.

Streamer Hasan Piker has once again been banned from the platform during a recent live stream where he discussed the recent killing of Alex Pretti.

Earlier this month, Pretti was peacefully recording ICE agents in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his phone when he, along with other bystanders, were confronted.

In footage recorded by others at the scene, Pretti could be seen attempting to help other people and was recorded holding his hands up with his phone in one hand.

Pretti was tackled to the ground by a group of ICE agents before being fatally shot.

Reacting to the footage, Piker expressed his anger over the situation, going on to speculate whether ICE had been tracking Pretti.

During the Twitch stream, he said: “Two senior national security officials tell me there are more than a dozen secret watch lists that homeland security is using to track protestors (both anti-ICE and pro-Palestinians).”

Piker went on to use the terms ‘zionist pigs’ and ‘Israel-first monsters’.

In the platform’s community guidelines, it details a list of ‘hateful’ language that is prohibited from live streams, including the term ‘zionist’.

Reacting to his ban, Piker took to X, formerly Twitter, to write: “you CAN say nazi pig on twitch. you CAN say democrat pig. you can say republican pig. you can say islamist pig. you CANNOT say zionist pig.”

It is not known how long this ban will last, with previous restrictions on Piker’s account lasting around 24 hours.

In other news, prior to his ban, Piker reacted to the audio of an alleged leaked call made by Erika Kirk just days after her husband was killed.

Charlie Kirk lost his life in September 2025 after being fatally shot in the neck while on stage for an appearance at Utah Valley University.

Since then, his widow Erika has become the CEO of his organization Turning Point USA.

The internal call involving Erika was publicly released by right wing influencer Candace Owens, although she has not confirmed how she obtained the clip.

During the call, Erika can be heard talking about her husband’s public memorial, saying: “The fact that we were able to pull off an event of the century, like it’s just insane.”

In response, Piker said: “Bro! Bro, I’m sorry. I don’t expect someone to be crying all the f***ing time 11 days after their husband and the father of their children got assassinated but god damn dude, being f***ing giddy about the funeral proceedings like that is so crazy.”
