If you’ve ever wondered how good knock-off Apple items actually are then you’re in luck because one YouTuber has lifted the lid on what it is like to use a fake iPhone.

In a recent clip, the YouTuber bought fake products from Apple which included an iPhone 17 Pro Max and a pair of AirPods Max.
Opening up the iPhone 17 on camera, John commented how, at first, it looked ‘very convincing’, appearing from the way it was packaged and the device itself to be real.
However, after turning it on, John began to notice some glaring differences that revealed the truth.
While the smartphone claimed to have 100GB of internal storage and 20GB of RAM, the device actually only came with 64GB of internal storage and just 4GB of RAM.
Despite the fact that there were three lenses on the back of the device, it only actually had one camera.

John went on to say: “I guess the point I’m trying to get across is how horrible it would be if you paid someone for this piece of junk.”
Meanwhile, the so-called AirPods Max also appeared to be real at first glance but things started to unravel when John took a closer look.
Trying the AirPods out, the YouTuber determined that ‘these do not hold a candle to the originals’.
He continued: “The sound is okay but I wouldn’t say these are worth it.”

And a fourth added: “I'm sorry but if they're gonna go to such extents making fakes.. why not make a real brand out of it? Not making fakes but actually making high quality products.”
