As the most-subscribed channel on YouTube, Jimmy "MrBeast" Donaldson has already conquered the video platform. Looking to his own future, could conquering the world of politics be his next step? Imagine the President of the United States spending his weekend creating real-life versions of Squid Game or getting voters to protect a Lamborghini as he bombards it with missiles.
This could be a genuine possibility, as MrBeast has revealed his plans to run for President when he gets to a certain age.
Speaking on Theo Von’s podcast, MrBeast again outlined his plans to run for POTUS. Instead of simply setting his sights on the Oval Office, he says he wants to work his way up, suggesting it'll be a while before MrBeast is driving Donald Trump's 'The Beast' limo.

Explaining his grand plans, Donaldson said: "It would probably be like, when I’m 50 or 60, because I would need to accomplish everything I want in business and stuff.
“Then probably take 10 years and do something at the local level, then state level, and work my way up. We’ll see."

As MrBeast is currently 26, he'd better get cracking if he wants to make it to President by the time he's 50. Even at 60, he'll need to start climbing the ladder pretty soon.
Given how we've had Hollywood actors like Arnold Schwarzenegger enter the world of politics, and even one become President in the form of Ronald Reagan, MrBeast wouldn't be the most unusual person to put the White House in his crosshairs.
Back in July, Donaldson posted on X and said he'd run for President if the minimum age was lowered from its current limit of 35: "If we lower the age to run for President, I’ll jump in the race."
In a lengthy thread, he explained how he wouldn't care about party lines and vowed to make the American people his top priority.

Saying America won't be 'buyable', he added: "For problems I’m ignorant in I’d have experts from the left and right advise me on them and try to find the middle ground that’s best for America."
He concluded by saying he would try and unite the country instead of divide it, which is all well and good, but could he really do it?

There was plenty of support in the comments, and it's not hard to imagine MrBeast especially being a hit with the younger demographic.
Of course, Donaldson is pretty busy running the likes of his Feastables brand and his upcoming Beast Games series. We're not sure how he'd manage to fit in politics as well, and eventually, he might have to give up being the unofficial King of YouTube.
We've still got the next four years to get through anyway, and after that, we'll have to wait and see whether MrBeast enters the race.
