There has been a major shakeup at Misfits Boxing as co-founder Olajide "KSI" Olatunji has been replaced by Andrew Tate in a shocking and controversial move, as the latter is also set to make his debut in an upcoming event from the sports promotion company.
Misfits Boxing was initially set up in 2022, with British YouTuber KSI co-founding the company alongside Kalle Sauerland, Nisse Sauerland, and his manager Mams Taylor.
It's specifically designed to see influencers and former combat sports athletes compete with each other in the ring, and KSI himself has fought numerous times, including twice in the company's first event against rapper Swarmz and Luis Alcarez Pineda, both of whom he defeated via knockout.
He has been a key player in the organization since its creation, as events have seen former UFC stars Darren Till and Luke Rockhold put on the gloves, but a new and shocking decision has seen KSI replaced as CEO with an unlikely figure.

As reported by SPORTbible, Misfits Boxing recently announced a shakeup in leadership where KSI has now been removed as the company's CEO, with controversial figure Andrew Tate replacing him.

Tate is an experienced kickboxer, holding a record of 76-9-1, but previous reports from BBC Sport indicated that he would not become involved with Misfits in any capacity.
However, he has now taken over KSI's leadership role at the company, assuming the title of 'Combat Executive Officer', and is also scheduled to make his debut in the company's upcoming event in Dubai, taking on reigning heavyweight champion Chase De Moor on December 20.

Tate also currently has a number of serious legal allegations and challenges levied against him across the world, as both Andrew and his brother Tristan are currently facing charges of human trafficking, trafficking of minors, and money laundering in Romania, with the former individually facing allegations of rape.
This is accompanied by lawsuits from four women against Andrew in the UK in reference to sexual violence, as they claim that they have been grabbed by the throat, assaulted with belts, and even had guns pointed at their face by the incredibly controversial figure.
KSI himself hasn't taken this news well, unleashing an outburst on social media that makes his frustration and shock clear.
"This year people are trying to test me fr. WHAT THE ACTUAL F*** IS GOING ON? This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life," KSI wrote on X. "Let's make ANDREW TATE THE CEO OF MISFITS?!? ARE YOU F***ING SERIOUS?!?"

He also added that he "legit cba" and "f*** mams," lashing out at his agent Mams Taylor too, stating: "Bro has been focused on misfits rather than managing me lol. And you decide to do this s***."

While KSI's anger is clear, some have speculated that it's all a ploy to manufacture hype for a potential boxing match between the YouTuber and Tate in a future Misfits event, which is certainly not unheard of in the sport and other combat competitions.
