While there might be a number of apps that are simply wasting space on your device, there's an equal or greater amount of tools and menus that you likely aren't even aware of, and they could completely change how you use your phone.
One Reddit user has discovered a way to completely transform your experience using WiFi on a Samsung device, and many people have branded the tip a game changer.
What are the hidden Samsung WiFi settings?
As reported by ZDNET, Reddit user u/Puzzleheaded-Elk-724 revealed a hidden WiFi menu on your Samsung phone that opens up countless new settings for you to play around with.

To activate and unlock this menu, simply follow these steps:
- Open the Settings menu, head to Connections, then WiFi
- Once you've connected to your WiFi, you'll be able to press on three vertical dots in the top right
- Select Intelligent WiFi, and then scroll down the page and repeatedly tap Intelligent WiFi until a message appears telling you that 'Labs' has been turned on
- A new menu option should then appear underneath called Connectivity Labs, select that
- Find the WiFi Developer Options setting, and select Nearby WiFi Information
You'll now be able to see a goldmine of information when it comes to the strength and position of your WiFi connection, and it can help you set up and determine the ideal position for your router and device when it comes to speed.

You can also select the 'Channel utilization' tab at the top to see Samsung's recommendation for a WiFi channel, letting you get the most out of your connection without needing any expertise.
There are also a number of useful settings inside of the Connectivity Labs menu that you might also want to consider turning on, like the ability to display your network's quality information, which might be helpful if you're experiencing issues.
