Nicki Minaj claimed she is Trump's 'number one fan'
A new photo of Nicki Minaj and President Donald Trump has left a lot of people online pointing out the same ‘bizarre’ detail.
The rapper appeared alongside the president at an event for the US Treasury Department yesterday (January 28) in Washington DC.
This comes after Minaj publicly threw her support behind Trump during a previous appearance with Erika Kirk.
At the event yesterday, Minaj addressed the crowd where she described herself as ‘probably the president’s number one fan’.

She continued: “The hate, or what people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more, and it’s gonna motivate all of us to support him more.”
Minaj added: “We’re not gonna let them get away with bullying him, and the smear campaigns, it’s not going to work.”
The rapper went on to claim that Trump is being ‘protected’ by God.
After the event, Minaj took to social media to post a photo of her new ‘Trump Gold Card’, going on to say on X, formerly Twitter, that she is ‘finalizing citizenship paperwork’.
According to the US government website, the gold card enables the recipient to receive US residency ‘in record time’.
While Minaj said hers was ‘free of charge’, the card is advertised as costing $1 million plus a $15,000 processing fee.
However, that isn’t the only photo that is drawing a lot of attention as an image of the pair holding hands has since been doing the rounds on the internet.
It was a close up picture of Minaj and Trump’s hands that is particularly gaining a lot of attention, with many commenting on the makeup caked onto the president’s hand which appears to be an attempt to hide discoloration.
Many people have taken to social media to share their own reactions, with one user writing: “Trump’s discolored hand holds Nicky Minaj’s hand today.”
Another said: “Orange hand meets pink claws. This photo is peak 2026 chaos.”
A third person commented: “Its incredible. Like a cactus holding a ham.”
And a fourth added: “Awww she matched her nails to his make up on his hand...anybody think she helped him with his makeup? What a joke.”
This is not the first Trump has appeared with makeup covering his hand as earlier last year, images of his discolored hand gained public attention during a meeting Trump held with French President Emmanuel Macron.
