Elon Musk has used a single emoji to reveal whether or not he thinks that President Donald Trump will pardon Ghislaine Maxwell.
The former buddy of Trump has taken to his own social media platform X, formerly Twitter, to weigh in with his thoughts on the matter.
Musk responded to a post speculating about whether a pardon could be on the horizon for Maxwell.
In the post that one user shared, it said: “Here’s how it’s about to go down: Ghislaine names a bunch of Democrats, maybe tosses in a few billionaires.

“She says Trump did nothing wrong. MAGA praises her for ‘taking down the pedophiles’.
“Trump pardons her… for ‘telling the truth’.”
Musk responded to the post with one emoji - the bullseye.

Maxwell is currently serving 20 years in prison for her role in a scheme to sexually exploit and abuse multiple minor girls with Jeffrey Epstein over the course of a decade.
She was found guilty in 2021 of conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, conspiracy to transport minors to participate in illegal sex acts, transporting a minor to participate in illegal sex acts, sex trafficking conspiracy, and sex trafficking of a minor.
Trump was questioned by reporters on the claims of a potential pardon on Monday (July 28), where he said: “Well, I’m allowed to give her a pardon, but nobody’s approached me with it. Nobody’s asked me about it. It’s in the news, that aspect of it, but right now, it would be inappropriate to talk about it.”
This isn’t the first time Musk has publicly speculated about the Epstein files following his fall out with Trump.

Earlier this year, the Tesla boss took to X to write: “@realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public.
“Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out.”

The post by Musk has since been deleted.

In a post on his own social media platform, Truth Social, Trump threatened to cancel Musk’s contracts with the government.
Then, in an interview with NBC News at the time, the president said that Musk has been ‘disrespectful’.
He added: “I think it’s a very bad thing, because he's very disrespectful. You could not disrespect the office of the president.”
Maxwell’s attorney David Oscar Markus said: “We haven’t spoken to the president or anybody about a pardon just yet. The president this morning said he had the power to do so. We hope he exercises that power in the right and just way.”
