The Epstein files have revealed previous plans the late sex offender once had to renovate his private island to include a ‘funhouse’ and ‘ladies’ residence’.

The revelation has been uncovered in the three million documents that were released by the Department of Justice pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes.

Just a year prior to the billionaire being charged with sex trafficking, it has now been revealed that Epstein had major plans for his private island, with him paying over $150,000 to a design team for their plans.

In emails, Epstein’s assistant wrote: “My employer owns 2 islands in the Caribbean off of St. Thomas that he would like completely redone.”

This redesign work was expected to start in January 2019 but never began as Epstein u-turned the plans just six months prior.

Notably, Epstein intended to build a ‘ladies’ residence’ and a ‘funhouse’.

In one exchange over email discussing the design of a bedroom, it was confirmed that the space would be ‘completely isolated’ from any ‘noise or daylight as requested’.

Epstein also stated that he did not wish to have any guest rooms located above his own bedroom and the windows were not to open any wider than is necessary to allow ‘air out the place’.

This is just the latest in a flood of new information being brought to light in the Epstein files.

In recent days, Attorney General Pam Bondi submitted a six-page letter to Congress which details the names of many high profile individuals, including the likes of Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and President Donald Trump, which are mentioned in the files.

The long list includes many celebrities such as Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, Beyonce and George Clooney.

This list has been met with backlash from members of the public on social media, with the Trump administration being accused of clouding the situation further.

On X, formerly Twitter, one user wrote: “Pam Bondi is attempting to muddy the waters.”

And another added: “??? Marilyn Monroe (d. 1962), Janis Joplin (d. 1970), Elvis Presley (d. 1977). What is the relevance of this list? ???”

The DOJ previously made over three million documents pertaining to Epstein available to the public, which included emails, videos and more than 180,000 images.

Democrat Congressman Ro Khanna has shared his disapproval of the letter, saying: “The DOJ is once again purposefully muddying the waters on who was a predator and who was mentioned in an email.

“To have Janis Joplin, who died when Epstein was 17, in the same list as Larry Nassar, who went to prison for the sexual abuse of hundreds of young women and child pornography, with no clarification of how either was mentioned in the files is absurd.

“Release the full files. Stop protecting predators. Redact only the survivors’ names.”
