Elon Musk has offered his response and supposed clarification after reports appeared to 'expose' a shocking question he asked regarding the Saudi Crown Prince, speculating if he's a 'terrorist' at a recent banquet.

When you're as rich and powerful as Elon Musk it's only natural that people are mindful of what you have to say, and that can even extend towards the words that you didn't expect people to hear.

It's not the first time that lip reading experts have managed to decipher what's coming out of Musk's mouth, as his recent reunion with US President Donald Trump at the memorial service for far-right commentator Charlie Kirk was broken down word for word by experts.

However, a conversation he recently had at a lavish banquet in honor of Saudi Arabia's Crown Price Mohammed bin Salman appears to be a bit more significant, as he appeared to ask a shocking question that's left many people stunned.

As reported by the Daily Mail, professional lip reader Nicola Hickling has offered her own assessment of what Musk said in conversation with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, as the richest man in the world let out an unexpected question after sipping from his glass.

"What is your opinion, is he a terrorist?" Musk allegedly proposed during the conversation, seemingly talking about the Crown Prince, which could also be in reference to the assassination of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi in 2018.

Bourla appeared to be just about as shocked as the rest of the political world by Musk's question, but the billionaire has offered his own assessment of what was said, contrasting the view of Hickling and others.

Posting on his X account in reply to a video from the Daily Mail, Musk declared that Hickling's analysis was "false," clarifying that he "was asking about upcoming cancer drugs."

This would certainly make sense considering who he was talking to, as Pfizer is one of the largest biopharmaceutical companies in the world, specializing in medication and vaccines, but it's unclear exactly what Musk said in this moment instead.

One reply to Musk's post remarked that it's "completely crazy that you cannot even have a private convo without someone trying to break it down and incorrectly at that," but at the same time this has arguably proven that many people are fascinated in what the tech mogul has to say.

Another added that they thought it "did not look at all like what you were saying," with a third wondering if he ever gets "tired of people dissecting your whole entire life."
