Elon Musk published a bizarre four word post that has left people feeling deeply unsettled.

The tech mogul is no stranger to writing weird and cryptic messages online, often taking to his own social media platform X, formerly Twitter.

But in a recent post, Musk has puzzled his followers and left some of them feeling surprised.

In a post on X written yesterday (September 8), the Tesla boss asked: “Are you awake yet?”

This prompted a response from other users who shared their own reactions to the mysterious comment.

One user wrote: “Is this like where we come full circle and Musk is now going woke?”

Another said: “The people you call Woke are awake. The people complaining about Wokeness are in a deep coma and asleep at the wheel.”

A third person joked: “Hey Elon, I’m going to take a nap, hit me up later if still want to talk.”

And a fourth added: “They’ve chased their own tails for so long they’ve forgotten what “woke” means and are identifying as it lol.”

But this wasn’t the only strange post written by Musk yesterday, as he went on to write: “You’ll thank me later.”

In other news, it looks like Musk could be set to become the first trillionaire in the world if he ‘unleashes his army of robots’.

This all depends on whether or not shareholders of Tesla decide to approve a new pay package for the tech mogul that has just been put forward by the firm’s board.

However, if Musk has any hope of getting the payrise, he’ll first need to hit some particular milestones.

This includes producing a whopping one million robotaxis along with a million humanoid robots.

The move is set to increase the value of the EV manufacturing company by trillions of dollars, boosting Musk’s own net worth up to a trillion dollars himself.

This would be a world first as the SpaceX founder, who is already the richest man on the planet, would become the world’s first ever trillionaire.

In a letter to the shareholders, Robyn Denholm, who is the board chair of Tesla, said: “We believe that Elon’s singular vision is vital to navigating this critical inflection point.

“We also recognize the formidable nature of this undertaking and as a result, the importance of having a leader who is not only willing and capable but eager to meet this challenge.”
