Turns out you don't need to be Batman to drive your very own Batmobile, as one company is offering you the chance to buy your own accurate replica for over $2,000,000 - but it does come with quite a major catch.
Sports cars are often some of the biggest status indicators, as their flashy exterior and exuberant price tag allow you to flaunt your wealth on the go, but I doubt there's a car out there that would turn quite as many heads as a Batmobile.
We're not talking a classic one either - although that would certainly draw plenty of eyes too. There's no doubt that plenty of people would jump at the chance to own and drive the iconic superhero vehicle seen in Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, and one company might just have given a lucky person the opportunity to make those dreams come true.

If you have enough room and a handy $2,990,000 lying down the back of your couch you'll be able to chance your luck at picking up a movie-accurate recreation of the vehicle that Christian Bale drove in the legendary movies, known as 'The Tumbler'.

There are currently only 10 slots available for the vehicle, and you'll have to hope that you're offered an invite to purchase the car after putting yourself on the allocation list, but you'd certainly be the envy of your friends and all comic book fans out there.
Outside of the cost, however, there is one major catch that might make you think twice about placing down the heft payment for the Batmobile.
As unbelievable cool as it'll look sat in your garage, The Tumbler is technically not street legal, and thus you won't be able to take it out for a ride on the roads to show off to random people along the way.

This certainly doesn't stop you from driving the car around your own premises - which, by account of the price, are probably quite large to begin with - but it does somewhat reduce the fun factor that anyone is likely to get out of owning this particular vehicle.
There's also no indication that this particular replica features an ejectable Bat Pod motorcycle through it's front, although you hopefully won't be caught in a situation where you'd ever need to use it otherwise.
