A tragic scene unfolded in Las Vegas, with YouTuber Manuel "SinCity-MannyWise" Ruiz being arrested following a deadly altercation that apparently cost two people their lives.

There's been an alarming rise in violence against streamers, with Kaitlyn "Amouranth" Siragusa being caught in a cryptocurrency robbery, TikToker Sabrina "Narco Queen" Durán being gunned down by assassins, and the murder of Valeria Márquez while on a stream.

As reported by 8 News Now, YouTube star Finny Da Legend was filming outside the Las Vegas strip's Bellagio Hotel on June 8. A man in a white hat and sunglasses is said to have fired multiple shots at them during a livestream.

A woman is heard shouting, "Are you f**king kidding me!” before more shots can be heard, with a police officer eventually ending the stream.

Different videos show a bystander filming as the shots rang out, while another seemingly shows injured people lying on the sidewalk. A male and a female victim were confirmed to have lost their lives during their altercation.

Even though the incident didn't take place inside the famed Bellagio, police urged people to avoid the area.

It's said that the shooter and his male victim had been arguing for months about potential copyright infringement, with the two supposedly 'trolling' each other. The outlet explains: "The two trolled each other, disagreed, and had lengthy conversations over the course of hours on a myriad of streams and sometimes different social media handles."

Undersherriff Andrew Walsh spoke at a press conference and explained how police were quick to run to the scene and assist the two who'd been shot. It's thought that the woman with Finny Da Legend was his wife.

Original reports suggested that there was only one victim, although this has tragically been confirmed as two.

Walsh reiterates that this looks like an isolated incident, with authorities engaging in a manhunt: "At this point, we believe we have the suspect identified and that this is an isolated incident, knowing that the suspect and the victim had previously engaged in some type of conflict using a variety of social media platforms."

Ruiz previously uploaded a video of himself driving through Las Vegas while looking for a 'friend' and his 'baby'.

ABC News claims Ruiz said he was "out here searching for my baby", adding: "I went through every casino there is. I've heard there's one of my biggest fans here in town."

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reported that they’d already identified the 41-year-old Ruiz and were seeking him, but ultimately, he walked into a Henderson police station and handed himself in.

He faces two counts of Open Murder with a Deadly Weapon.
