Infamous hacking organization Anonymous have once again reiterated their fears surrounding US President Donald Trump's close relationship with Russia and President Putin, recalling what's known as 'Project Russia' to predict the future of America.

Members of Anonymous have revealed that they believe the biggest threats to the world lie within the governments themselves, and they've even clashed with Elon Musk on X regarding his support for Trump during the run up to the last election.

The hacking group's past actions have made it clear that they're not to be messed with, and President Trump has been a particularly strong focus for their efforts since he regained office for a second term.

Russian president Vladimir Putin's recent actions in the war with Ukraine have allowed certain comments made by Anonymous to resurface, as they boldly claimed that we're seeing what's known as 'Project Russia' play out in America right in front of our eyes, as reported by LADbible.

Sourced from a series of books written by Yuriy Shalyganov, 'Project Russia' details the breakdown of democracy in favor of a 'supranational' state controlled by the elite and led by a 'prince-monk' figure, with democratic nations - in particular the US - as the 'enemy'.

Trump's handling of the Russia-Ukraine war since retaking office - which many claim to have been in favor of Putin's government, especially following a dispute with Zelenskyy in the White House - has led Anonymous to link this with Project Russia in a new video.

"So, are you ready to lose your freedom?" proposes Anonymous to their audience. "Is worshipping the rich worth the cost of losing your democracy?"

"Project Russia is a documented plan to detablilize Western democracies, details this exact f***ing playbook. Exploit economic chaos, co-opt influential figures and erode public trust until democracy is a smoldering ruin," explains Anonymous, linking this plan to what's going on in the United States right now.

"Musk's unchecked authority and Trump's bromance with Putin are textbook moves from that playbook. Anonymous refuses to be cowed by corporate overlords and state approved puppeteers.

"We call out the charlatans, expose their lies and dismantle the power structures they've built on the backs of the powerless. Yet being powerless is an illusion, you have power you just don't use it. Anonymous sees through the bulls***. You should too stand up, fight back, and demand accountability."

Many agree with Anonymous' lengthy assessment of current US politics in the replies too, as one user remarks: "Yes, I'm afraid we are screwed!"

Other users add that "this aged well," with another comment arguing: "The blueprint has been on the KGB's desk for 50 years. Waiting for the Americans to become stupid enough to vote for someone like Trump. They groomed him & here we are."
