A TikTok influencer and her fiancé have been dragged into court over claims they set fire to an abandoned home in Charleston, West Virginia, also causing damage to a nearby church and costing up to $10,000 in damages.
22-year-old Felicity Eatmon and 21-year-old Dakota Harper are known for documenting their daily lives as a couple on TikTok, but now, they face serious charges.
As reported by WCHS-TV, each has been charged with conspiracy to commit arson and first-degree arson. This is in connection with an out-of-control blaze that destroyed an abandoned home.
A criminal complaint was filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court, with Eatmon and Harper supposedly being captured on surveillance footage that was obtained by crime scene investigators.

The fire was reported around 11:15 p.m. local time, although smoke continued to linger until the next morning.
Both are seen in an adjacent alleyway before the fire, while the complaint claims Eatmon is captured handing Harper what looks like a lit piece of paper that's then placed inside the abandoned abode.

They're then seen partially entering the home as the fire spreads, while investigators maintain that Eatmon is seen leaving the area shortly after. Harper has supposedly already left the video's field of view.
A look on Google Maps shows the abandoned home at 405 Maryland Ave, although more recent shots shared online show it in its burned state next to the Canaan United Methodist Church.
The TikTok-famous couple was being held on a $10,000 bond at South Central Regional Jail.
It seems the pair have been making the most of their new infamy, sharing court footage of Harper walking into the courtroom. The latest video shared on their account asks: "What do you guys think about this??"
Footage shows them launching into a foul-mouthed tirade and asking reporters to keep cameras out of their faces when they're asked for comment.

Harper is also seen sticking his middle finger up while in the dock.
The pair have continued to go viral, mainly due to court records listing Harper as just 3-feet, 9-inches tall and weighing just 43 pounds.
It appears this isn't their first brush with the law, and in June 2026, one true crime fanatic claimed they'd been arrested on misdemeanor charges. They have regular updates about what's going on with the TikTok couple.
When The New York Post reached out for comment, Harper's lawyer with the Public Defender’s Office said, “This is just a charge and there is a presumption of innocence.” Richard Holicker refused to comment further.
Eatmon’s lawyer didn’t respond to the outlet's request for comment.
At the time of writing, the most popular TikTok on Eatmon and Harper's account is one of them frolicking as a pair at the fair, but as you can imagine, a lot of the comments are based on negativity.
Despite the backlash, their follower count continues to rise.
