One TikTok has given people motivation to transform their exercise routine, as it reveals in an insane simulation exactly what happens to your body if you were to do 100 squats every single day for a month straight.
The hardest part about exercising is always starting out, as not only do you have to motivate yourself to get going but that's when it's going to be the most painful as your body adjusts the the shock of extreme movement.
This is especially the case for a number of exercises, but powering through can lead to an incredible transformation that you otherwise wouldn't have been able to achieve, as one YouTuber discovered when they did a 5-kilometer run daily for a period of time.
You might be able to do that to with the help of a new viral simulation on TikTok, as it reveals the process your body undergoes when you do squats every day for a month with incredible results.

Created by The_Mental_Armor, the video proposes the ultimate leg day challenge that would be many gym-goers' worst nightmare, challenging the viewers to an extreme amount of squats.
According to the video, the hardest part is by far the first three days, as this 'brutal' section sees your muscles adapt to your new exercise routine by creating thousands of microtears in your quads.
This makes it difficult to walk and even more cumbersome to bend your legs – so brace having to go to the toilet for the next few days – but after that is where the magic begins.
The video describes the 'floodgates' opening in your legs as nutrient-rich blood rushes to repair the damage created in the days prior, and your knees get stronger and smoother as fresh synovial fluid polishes the cartilage.
It's not just your legs that benefit from this exercise too as your entire body is flooded with testosterone and growth hormones as a result of the exercise, as by the halfway point of the month the 'teardrop' pops.
Your legs finally gain the thick 'athletic' look that you've likely been striving towards as the vastus medialis carves out, and even the pelvic tilt caused by sitting ends up being corrected as a result of the squats you're subjecting yourself to alongside an alleviation of lower back pain.

By the end of the challenge the simulation claims that you'll walk differently, stand taller, and have built 'wheels of steel' in your lower body, showing that you don't need to spend a year doing something to see results if you're dedicated enough.
People within the comments have offered some alternative advice though, with one suggesting that you perhaps shouldn't go quite as hard as the simulation suggests.
"Don't do this every day," they advise, noting that you should limit yourself to "3 times a week at most to allow rest and recovery."
Others have taken it as a call to action though, with one noting that "this s*** just motivated me," and another declaring that they used "to do 200 squats per day. My cheeks were beau-tay-ful!!!! Depression stopped it, but I'm going back to it.
