The Stanley Cups craze is everywhere.

News has been surfacing this past week about the lead inside the cup and the potential health concerns associated with it.

Whilst social media has seen a trend of people testing and observing the cup's strength.

One TikTok went viral showing a Stanley Quencher surviving a car fire fully intact - and with ice still inside the cup!

Now, another owner has put the Stanley Cup to the ultimate test to reveal what's actually inside of one.

The TikToker - Joemyheck - mentions that his daughter donated one of her Stanley cups for the experiment.

Using a solar death ray, Joe attempts to burn through the cup like a gigantic microscope under the sun.

The clip shows Joe placing the cup on top of a brick and angling his giant magnifying glass to focus the sun’s rays on a spot beside the Stanley logo.

It immediately starts to burn, however, the TikToker, along with his audience, was surprised with the results.

He described: 'Even though the solar death ray melted the outer layer of the cup, the inner steel layer actually put up quite a bit of resistance.

'I could actually see a glowing spot from the inside of the cup that was shining through the inner layer.

'When I disengaged the solar death ray, it actually failed to burn a hole clean through the wall of the cup.'

Joe then demonstrates the solar tool's strength by comparing the damage to a rock, to which viewers can witness the lens burning a hole right through.

Many users were surprised at the fact that the TikToker happened to have a solar death ray at his disposal.

One responded: 'Dude I want a solar death ray I would have so much fun.'

Others are curious to see what would happen if there was ice inside the cup, saying: 'PUT ICE INSIDE IT PLS, would the solar death ray melt the ice inside it ?!'

The company, Stanley, previously commented on the manufacturing process of the cup, stating: 'At Stanley, one of the key features of our products is our vacuum insulation technology, which provides consumers with drinkware that keeps beverages at the ideal temperature.'

It continued: 'Once sealed, this area is covered with a durable stainless steel layer, making it inaccessible to consumers. Rest assured that no lead is present on the surface of any Stanley product that comes into contact with the consumer nor the contents of the product.'
